1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" — refers to the anw888 website at anw888.onl together with all services offered on it.
• "User" / "Member" — any individual who has registered a valid account on the anw888 platform.
• "Operator" — the company that owns and operates the anw888 platform under a valid international licence.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds in a user's account at any given time, including deposits and winnings.
• "Bonus" — free credits, additional funds or other benefits granted to users subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering" — all forms of gambling activity carried out through the platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting and other games.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the anw888 platform, users must meet the following requirements:

• Be an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appear on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list set by any relevant authority.
• Register one account only — registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.

anw888 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage. Failure by the user to provide the requested verification documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

3. Account Management and Security

Each user is fully responsible for their own account. The following applies:

• Passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared with any third party.
• Users must notify anw888 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• All transactions and wagering activity that occur through a user's account, whether carried out by the user themselves or not, are the responsibility of that user unless negligence on the part of anw888 is proven.
• anw888 will never request a user's password through any communication channel. Be cautious of phishing attempts impersonating anw888.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to maintenance fees or closure at anw888's discretion, subject to reasonable notice to the user.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits into an anw888 account must use payment methods supported by the platform, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all payment methods.
• Funds must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the user.
• anw888 does not accept payments from third parties. If a deposit is received from a third party, it may be declined and returned, subject to any applicable transaction costs.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their payment account details are accurate before carrying out any transaction.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from an anw888 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method that has been registered and verified under the same user's name.
• If there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering, anw888 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal processing until the investigation is complete.
• Winnings generated using bonus funds are subject to the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programme

anw888 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to registered members. Use of bonuses is subject to specific terms for each offer.

• The welcome bonus gives a 200% extra up to RM300 on the first deposit, with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value. For example, a deposit of RM100 generates a RM200 bonus with a balance of RM300, and bets totalling RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 must be reached before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The anw888 VIP programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, 0.8% and 1.2% respectively.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or to third parties.
• anw888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud or attempts to manipulate the system.
• Promotional offers may change at anw888's discretion without prior notice.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the anw888 platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system inconsistencies for personal gain.
• Communicating with other users or anw888 staff in a threatening, abusive or inappropriate manner.
• Making false claims or filing baseless complaints with the intent to defraud anw888.
• Engaging in any unlawful activity, including money laundering through the platform.

A breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

anw888 respects the privacy of every user and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. All information collected during registration and use of the platform is used only for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• anw888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using the platform.

• anw888 is not liable for losses arising from the failure of third-party systems including payment providers, game providers or internet network failures.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game results, anw888's server records are final and binding.

10. Account Termination and Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer service via live chat or email. The request will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

anw888 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or instructions from the relevant authorities. Any valid balance in a fairly closed account will be returned once the verification process is complete.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing jurisdiction in which anw888 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with the anw888 platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution channels established by the relevant licensing body.
